Do I need to vacate during the work?
For a full refurbishment involving rewiring, replumbing, or kitchen and bathroom strip-out, vacating is recommended. It allows work to proceed faster and at lower cost. We advise on this at the survey stage.
Do you work with landlords on void refurbishments?
Yes. Void refurbishments are a core part of our work. We prioritise fast mobilisation and efficient sequencing so landlords can re-let as quickly as possible.
Can you manage a refurbishment if I am based overseas?
Yes. We regularly work with overseas clients. We provide regular photo updates, video calls at key stages, and a single point of contact throughout. You do not need to be present on site at any point during the project.
