Founded in 2014 by Rustam, the company is built on over 15 years of hands-on experience gained working with established construction teams across London. With a strong foundation in painting, decorating, and general refurbishment, he developed particular expertise in delivering high-quality finishes for high-end homes in Central London.

As the business has grown, it has evolved into a family-led operation that brings together complementary expertise across delivery, operations, and project coordination. This collaborative approach allows us to maintain a consistent level of quality and attention to detail across every project we undertake.
While our business has evolved, our commitment to excellence has never changed. We approach every project with meticulous attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism, delivering outstanding results and a consistently high standard of finish.
Today, we are proud to have completed hundreds of projects across London and Surrey, ranging from bathroom refurbishments to full-scale property renovations. Our larger projects are often delivered in collaboration with structural engineers, designers, and property professionals, contributing to carefully considered and well-executed outcomes. Alongside this, we provide ongoing property management and maintenance, ensuring continuity beyond project completion and supporting long-term client relationships.

Rustam (Rus)
Founder & Managing Director
Rustam is the founder and Managing Director, with over 20 years of experience in construction and refurbishment across London. He leads the company’s strategic development while overseeing all on-site works and project delivery.
With a hands-on approach, he manages site operations, coordinates trades, and ensures every project meets high standards of quality, reliability, and attention to detail.
KARINA
Operations & Finance Manager
Karina oversees operations and finance, ensuring each project runs smoothly from enquiry to completion. She manages client communication, budgeting, supplier coordination, and day-to-day finances, bringing structure and clarity to every stage.
She also leads marketing and supports the company’s growth, while maintaining the high standards, reliability, and personal approach at the core of the business.
Martin
Multi-Trade Apprentice
Martin represents the next generation of the family business, combining hands-on site experience with his construction studies.
As a multi-trade apprentice, he supports day-to-day site work while developing skills across a range of refurbishment projects.
