This bathroom refurbishment at York Mansions, Battersea, London involved the complete strip-out of the existing bathroom, including the bathtub, basin, wall and floor tiles, and associated fittings. The walls and floor were repaired and prepared for the new installation, with upgrades made to the plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems where required.
Waterproofing membranes were applied throughout the shower area to provide long-term protection against moisture before the installation of new wall and floor tiles. The bathroom was then fitted with a new shower tray, glazed shower screen, thermostatic shower controls, basin with tap and vanity unit, upgraded WC, extractor fan, and new lighting throughout.
The project was completed with full decoration to the ceiling and woodwork, resulting in a bright, modern, and highly functional bathroom that maximises the available space while maintaining a clean and contemporary finish.
