This extensive industrial refurbishment project transformed a dated warehouse unit at Deseronto Trading Estate into a bright, modern, and highly functional commercial space. Following the removal of the existing mezzanine structure and internal alterations, the unit was comprehensively upgraded to maximise usability, improve presentation, and enhance its appeal for future commercial occupation.
The project included structural carpentry works, installation of new partition walls, boarding systems, insulation upgrades, and the creation of enclosed office accommodation overlooking the warehouse floor. Existing services were upgraded with new plumbing, heating, electrical installations, and improved lighting throughout the building.
